Peer Review Process

All manuscripts are reviewed by at least two reviewers who are competent in the relevant field. e-JLLTE (Journal of Language, Literature, and Teaching) employs double-blind review in which the author(s) and the reviewers remain anonymous throughout the review process. The reviewers have the right to ask the author(s) to make changes in the manuscript if it is required. The reviewers’ comments will be sent to the author(s)’ e-mail within 2 – 4 weeks.

 

Open Access Policy

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

 

Archiving

This journal utilizes the LOCKSS system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration. More...

Publication Ethics

Publication Ethics

This publication ethics are based on the LIPI regulation Number 5 in 2014.

Responsibilities of the Editorial Boards

  • Editorial Boards must attempt to meet the needs of authors and readers.
  • Editorial Boards must strive to increase the quality of the publication.
  • Editorial Boards must apply the process of manuscripts publication.
  • Editorial Boards must promote the freedom of expressing ideas objectively.
  • Editorial Boards must maintain the integrity of academic record of the authors.
  • Editorial Boards must notify the authors about the corrections, clarification, retractions, and apologies if it is needed.
  • Editorial Boards is responsible is responsible for the style and format of manuscripts, while the content and any statements in the manuscripts is the responsibility of the authors.
  • Editorial Boards must actively ask feedback from the authors, readers, reviewers, and editors to improve the quality of the journal.
  • Editorial Boards must support the assessment of the journal.
  • Editorial Boards must make the publication ethics known to the authors.
  • Editorial Boards must evaluate the journal’s policy towards the authors and reviewers, and be willing to overcome it in order to improve the quality of the journal.
  • Editorial Boards must be open-minded towards new ideas or insights that may be contradictory to the editors’ personal understanding.
  • Editorial Boards must not hold their, authors’ or third parties’ understanding that potentially cause subjective decision.
  • Editorial Boards must encourage authors to do constructive improvement.

Responsibilities of the Reviewers

  • Reviewers must evaluate the manuscripts and inform the results to the editors whose right to decide the publication decision.
  • Reviewers must review the manuscripts in time.
  • Reviewers must reevaluate the revised manuscripts based on the determined corrections.
  • Reviewers must keep information pertaining to the manuscript confidential.
  • Reviewers must not evaluate the manuscripts that involve themselves directly or indirectly.
  • Reviewers must evaluate the substance of the manuscript not the errors of the spelling or grammar.
  • Reviewers must maintain the principle of scientific objectivity.

Responsibilities of the Authors

  • Authors are responsible for their content of manuscripts including its research method, analysis, calculation, and its description.
  • Authors must state the source of financial support of their research (if there is any).
  • Authors must state the limitations of their study.
  • Authors must respond the reviewers about the corrections in manuscripts.
  • Authors must inform the reviewers if they want to retract their manuscripts.
